We deal with more than 40K IOT devices, where we analyze up to billions of data points, our digital capabilities are unmatched and in compliance with data regulations. Job Summary: Independently lead technical analysis and troubleshooting using data from Ecolab’s proprietary IoT devices deployed at customer sites. Own complex case analysis across cooling water, boiler, membrane, and DAF systems, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and act as a subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced analysis of operational and sensor data to identify trends, risks, and performance issues.

• Own end-to-end troubleshooting for medium to high complexity cases and provide data-driven corrective actions.

• Communicate technical findings clearly to customers, sales, and service teams via calls and emails.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for technical cases and mentor junior engineers.

• Ensure all deliverables meet enterprise quality standards and SLA commitments.

• Identify opportunities for process, analytics, and automation improvements.

• Support new technology and process deployments while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Petrochemical, Food Technology, Pulp & Paper, or related engineering disciplines.

5-7 years of relevant experience in technical analysis or customer-facing engineering roles.

• Strong domain expertise and prior exposure to water and utility management systems such as Cooling Towers, Boilers, STP, WTP, RO, and membrane systems.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
