Hospice Registered Nurse - full time

Hospice RN - full time opening in the hospice division of Home Health & Hospice Care caring for patients. The primary function would be admissions, but also visits as needed. You will be crossed trained to care for patients in their own homes or facilities/nursing homes. We seek a nurse who's highly skilled, compassionate, dedicated to providing exceptional care.
