The role combines deep scientific rigor with production-grade ML engineering, ensuring that models are both technically robust and defensible in real-world employment contexts. You will contribute directly to systems that influence hiring, development, and talent decisions at scale. Working closely with product, engineering, and IO psychology experts, you will define how AI is responsibly applied to workforce understanding.
