We are looking for a Direct Material Senior Buyer to manage sourcing operational activities for Direct Material in line with Ariston Group Business, including financial, quality and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sourcing strategy and lead the Sourcing Process for direct material of Ariston Group China, including Plastics, Rubber, Packaging, Isolation, etc.
- Responsible for achieving costs targets while meeting other objectives (e.g. Quality, Delivery and services etc) and business needs.
- Scout localization opportunity and promote local for global business.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans.
- Manage supplier relationship.Lead Group contracts negotiation.
- Manage local contracts negotiation for specific suppliers.
- Collect supplier performance reports and analyse suppliers cost, quality and delivery performances, organize supplier business review regularly.
- Identify operational / financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Execute cost reduction projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, have experience working in Foreign investment company.
- Have experience & knowledge about finanical, technical.
- Have experience working with both local and oversea business.
- 7 years + working experiences in Purchasing/Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain management.
The ideal candidate:
- Familiar with Steel coils, chemical gas like MDI/ISO, Enameling etc … for direct material.
- Result Oriented, ambitious and aggressive, willing to work under pressure & take responsibility. Strong nego skill.
- Familiar with SAP system, good presentation skills like .ppt, excel, words…
- Fluent in English communication is must.
- Comprehensive approach and proactive mindset.
