Focus Factory Structural Engineer

This position is within the Focus Factory Engineering department and will be primarily located on site at the BAE Focus Factory in Jacksonville, Florida. The primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and troubleshoot construction issues during deck fabrication and outfitting for both the VIRGINIA and COLUMBIA Class Submarines.    As the Design Yard, this position will have the technical authority over all construction, on or related to submarines deck manufacturing, that occurs at BAE.  As a member of this department, engineers are required to provide technical resolutions for a wide variety of complex construction issues, which may require shop or shipboard investigation on units and...
