Job Description

As a Technology Delivery Lead Associate Director, you are responsible for managing the quality and cost of services being delivered across a program. Your role analyzes current state and defines system requirements for solutions, and you ensure programs or projects meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. You’ll bring the latest innovation and technology ideas to plan, deliver and execute technology projects and programs for Accenture or our clients. You’ll work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized, and programs/projects/portfolios meet operations, contractual and economic commitment. You may manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and/or country.

THE WORK:

This is a leadership role, and you will be accountable for developing and leading a team of high performing professionals, maintaining high engagement, driving key business metrics including ensuring the team have chargeable work and business development opportunities.

  • Manage quality and cost of services being delivered across a program. Analyze current state and define system requirements for solutions. Ensure programs or projects meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments.

  • Oversees/supports the execution of delivery work across one or more clients or portfolios.

  • Delivery leadership and lifecycle across technologies not limited to: SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/Industry Apps/Tech Architectures

  • Supports the achievement of contract controllable income (CCI) targets, as well as cost-to-serve targets, delivery efficiencies through standard processes and synergies.

  • Manages recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

  • Minimum 8 years of Technology Delivery experience operating at a senior, strategic level working alongside key, senior stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture

  • Experience in successful, large scale Technology program/project delivery in terms of agreed technology and business goals.

  • SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings.

  • Typically, directly supervises up to 10 employees, and indirectly supervises up to 55 employees.
