Job Description
Operations & Maintenance Management
Monitor the operation, maintenance, and performance of solar power plants.
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and module cleaning activities.
Ensure plant availability, performance ratio, and compliance with contractual KPIs.
Investigate operational issues, analyse root causes, and propose/implement corrective actions.
Team & Contractor Management
Assign tasks and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.
Inspect, review, and approve works performed by internal teams, EPCs, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with internal safety rules, site safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new EPCs and maintenance subcontractors when required.
Spare Parts & Asset Control
Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment procurement.
Maintain an accurate spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components.
Monitor usage, stock levels, and replacement planning.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare, analyse, and track maintenance budgets for assigned sites.
Monitor maintenance costs and optimise expenses without impacting availability or safety.
Record and justify all additional expenses incurred during maintenance or corrective works.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
Provide regular performance and maintenance reports to management.
Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimise plant reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
