Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 annually
- Commission Potential: Earn up to $6,550 per sourced hire
The more candidates you successfully source and place, the more you earn. High performers can significantly increase their income, turning a $60K base into a six-figure earning opportunity through consistent production.
