This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer, Android based in the United States.

This role sits within a mobile platform and design systems organization focused on building scalable, reusable Android foundations that power large-scale consumer applications. You will help define and evolve a shared design system used across multiple product teams, enabling consistent, accessible, and high-performance mobile experiences. The work spans architecture, component libraries, and developer tooling that directly improve engineering velocity and product quality. You will collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and platform teams to translate design intent into robust, production-ready Android solutions. This is a high-impact role where your contributions shape how mobile experiences are built across a large user base. You will also work with modern Android technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve workflows and engineering efficiency. The environment is highly collaborative, systems-oriented, and focused on long-term platform excellence.
