Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Director to join our team in Yuba City, California. The ideal candidate will support the Spa Director in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth within our spa facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the management of spa staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase spa revenue.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Proficient with scheduling and point-of-sale software.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
