Job Description
As a D365 CE Project Coordinator you can expect to…
- Provide high-level coordination, administrative and analytical support to the project team implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and project-related activities
- Provide support in all PM admin tasks associated with project initiation, status reporting, and tracking of project progress
- Track and report on project milestones, tasks, deliverables, and risks
- Work with Project PM to assist with planning and execution of tasks and updates needed for project planning, milestones and deliverable tracking, etc
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, and status reports, as well as timesheets on an as-needed basis
- Help with all reporting associated to execution, burn rate, resource allocation and coordination across all project phases
- Support resource planning and onboarding of team members for D365 projects
- Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking in collaboration with PMO or finance teams
- Help with other admin tasks as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction thru quality and consistent communication with our clients

- 2+ years of project coordination or administrative experience in IT or consulting environments
- Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or similar professional services organization is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- An understanding of planning based on deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement a strong bonus

Physical Requirements:
- This is a sedentary position that primarily involves sitting/standing. You can expect to:
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Work on a computer and look at a computer screen for prolonged periods
- Move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Communicate with others to exchange information via telephone, email, instant messaging tools and video conferencing
- Perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e. typing on a keyboard, using a computer mouse, etc.)
- Assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Travel by airplane, train, or automobile to client sites to perform sedentary work as outlined above
