Switchboard operator

We are looking for a Switchboard Operator based in Lugano. The role includes answering and managing incoming calls, providing information in line with internal and external guidelines, and transferring calls to the appropriate contacts and/or taking accurate messages when required. The candidate must be fluent in English, Italian, French and German.
