Drive System Function Integration & Commissioning Engineer

Job Description

Objective:

 

  • As the End to End function cluster owner to analyze the requirements for internal and external functions and specify them in order to define the integration and commissioning strategy of related functions into MB.OS world
  • Specify the function interfaces as input for drivetrain SW development
  • Monitor Supplier/Partner Departments for SW development according to the specification
  • Commissioning and validation of the function and corresponding feature integration jointly with supplier and cooperation partners, tracking the errors and make optimization plan.
  • Reporting in project and management rounds

 

Qualification:

 

Education:

  • University degree in electrical, mechanical or automotive engineering.

 

Experience:

  • Deep knowledge on powertrain system as well as calibration, testing, validation, integration and relevant areas

  • Familiar with ICE/PHEV powertrain system development process, espeicially SW wise.

  • Deep knowledge of SW development process and tool chain.

  • Powertrain control strategy, energy management, thermal management, and other key functions calibration experience is beneficial

       

Specific knowledge

  • Fluent written/spoken English and German

  • Software skills in Vector (CANape/CANoe), INCA and DTS Monaco in mandatory, Matlab/Simulink is beneficial

  • Logical thinking for mis-behavior detection & technical judgement providing based on data analysis result.

  • Excellent communication skills (for effective communication with stakeholders).

  • Team-Oriented working attitude, ability to work independently, fast learning and self-motivated.

  • Driver license
