
Workshop Team Lead
Job Description
Lead and operate within the team of workshop employees, while communicating the company goals, safety practices, quality standards and operational delivery deadlines to the workshop team. The Workshop Team Lead has the direct responsibility for all the workshop and warehouse process routines and personnel and as such is not only responsible for the operational aspects, but as well for the QHSE standards and adherence within the workshop operating area. In addition this position acts as the main communication link between the workshop and other departments (operations, material supplies, administration and accounting) to ensure that information is communicated, updated and maintained in an adequate, pro-active and constructive manner in conformance with the Quality Management System.
