- Platform Administration & Maintenance: Jira Software & Jira Service Management admin, AND CONFLUENCE, user access, configurations
- Enhancements & Optimization: Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, and automation rules.
- Integrations: Maintain and enhance existing integrations
- Process Support: Provide technical support and problem resolution for Jira-related issues based on ITIL best practices
- Governance & Change Management: Access control, audits, change implementation, upgrades
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Provide guidance on using the right apps to the users.
