Summary:
AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST, you will experience a rewarding career through providing in-home physical therapy services to home health patients according to a written physician's plan of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Have BPT, MPT, or DPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program
-Be a Licensed Physical Therapist in PA
-Have 2 years clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred)
-Have Current valid Driver's License 
-Have demonstrated good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
