CNA Pay Rates & Sign-On Bonuses
AM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus
PM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus
NOC Shift: $24/hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time only)

CNA Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
CNA Requirements
Active California CNA certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
