We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Assistant Head Concierge to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Assistant Head Concierge you will:
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Support the Head Concierge with supervision of the team and administration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
