Brand Manager (Sunsilk)
Job Description
1/ Main Job Purpose
As a Brand Manager – Sunsilk, this role is responsible for driving Sunsilk’s business performance and brand growth in Vietnam. The incumbent will support the development and execution of brand plans, lead key campaigns, and identify growth opportunities to strengthen brand equity and market share.
2/ What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Manage and monitor business performance of Sunsilk, including tracking brand health, analyzing consumer behavior, and reviewing retail and market data
- Support and lead execution of brand campaigns to drive penetration, relevance, and growth (with guidance from line manager)
- Collaborate with external agencies (creative, media, digital) to develop integrated campaigns, activations, and content across channels
- Contribute to annual brand planning, including defining target audience, key jobs-to-be-done (J2BD), core messaging, and deployment priorities
- Analyze consumer, category, channel, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and recommend actionable growth initiatives
- Support innovation and renovation projects (e.g., new product launches, relaunches, pack changes), including campaign planning, customer sell-in, and execution tracking
- Manage brand A&P budget efficiently, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, CMI, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams) to ensure seamless execution of brand plans and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and projects
3/ What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- 2-3 years classic brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
- Business management and brand development experience
