Specialty Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description
Are you passionate about helping patients and building relationships? Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support our Specialty team. This is a travel position supporting multiple locations, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and connecting with patients across different offices.
Schedule (days/hours)
Mon-Sat 7am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients throughout their specialty treatment journey
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans
- Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient financing
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Travel between designated practice locations as needed
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred, but not required
- Candidates with medical office, healthcare, sales, customer service, or patient coordination experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel between supported locations
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
Compensation
$23-$25/hour
