Location: Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-3:00pm including rotating weekends

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a caring and dependable team player who takes pride in supporting others. You perform routine and specialized duties which ensure that the area is safe and operating in a secure manner. On occasion, this role will be called upon to provide assistance in Life Enrichment resident activities. This is a highly visible position, and a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate safety and security procedures throughout the campus; Investigate safety and security incidents which occur on campus property. Report all accidents or incidents residents or staff personnel to Department Head. Monitor fire and medical alarms.
- Handle all general administrative duties for Independent Living area.

Conduct resident surveys, organize responses and make recommendations for improvements.
- Staff and demonstrate full knowledge of basic operation of the Concierge desk; answer and direct all incoming phone calls and visitors.

Perform Wellness Check rounds of all occupied apartments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CPR/ First Aid
