
National Account Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing
Job Description
- Managing and strengthening senior‑level relationships across major industrial and manufacturing accounts
- Building, maintaining and converting a national sales pipeline
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Leading tender responses and major project bids
- Conducting regular business reviews with key customers
- Negotiating with customers and suppliers to maximise commercial outcomes
- Managing national contracts, KPIs and reporting requirements
- Developing strategies that enhance our customer value proposition and competitive position
- Proven success managing large key accounts and securing new projects
- A track record of exceeding sales and margin targets
- Minimum 5 years’ senior Key Account Management experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Electrical industry experience, ideally within industrial or commercial markets
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- CRM experience and solid Microsoft Office capability
