Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Your Role
As a senior member of our water infrastructure team, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and a proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects. Key will be your hands-on experience in the design, planning, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, working across public and private sector clients.
You’ll also:
- Lead and deliver projects from concept to construction
- Develop and review technical designs, reports, and models
- Collaborate closely with clients, councils, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers
- Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and sustainability objectives
What You Bring
We’re looking for a confident and capable engineer who combines technical strength with a collaborative mindset. You’re someone who thrives in complex water projects and enjoys sharing knowledge, solving problems, and building trusted relationships.
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 8+ years’ local experience in water infrastructure (three waters)
- CPEng registration or working towards it
- Experience managing complex water or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- A passion for delivering smart, sustainable solutions
