Job Description
What you´ll do Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new adhesive technology/product development projects especially in automotive electronics application. Proactively visit and communicate with customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems. Lead ADP projects, scouting activities, and innovation events independently with ownership. Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence. Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity. Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work. Support operation on RM innovation, product scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement, etc.
