Job Description
As the Servicing Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the receiving, delivery, and digitization of all incoming mail. This position requires the use of various applications, procedures, and computer skills. The department is a high volume, fast-paced environment with various SLA’s. This environment requires accuracy and attention to detail as there is direct customer impact.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Performs advanced clerical operations that are routine and/or repetitive in nature within a fast‑paced environment.
- Utilizes established methods, procedures, and detailed knowledge of business unit products, applications, and multiple systems.
- Determines the source of issues and resolves them accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Applies knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to minimize financial and operational risk to Citizens.
- Demonstrates ability to multitask, prioritize work, cross‑train within the department, and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and packages.
- Prepares outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Research and responds to inquiries from colleagues across the bank.
- Performs digitization of mail, colleague correspondence, and customer documentation.
- Assists with data collection and documentation related to mail and packages requiring research.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials
Required Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of department procedures and key practices
- Ability to identify areas for improvement in personal work and operational processes.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related applications
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely while following all rules of the road.
Education:
- High school or equivalent required
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per week: 40
- Schedule: 9 to 5:30, Monday – Friday
