Job Description
School Nurse / CNA Instructor
Harrold ISD � 2026�2027
Salary: Negotiable | Contract: School calendar
Primary Purpose:
Provide student and staff health services and teach Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) courses as part of the high school CTE program.
Qualifications:
- Texas RN or LVN license
- Eligible to teach CNA or willing to obtain certification
- Strong organization and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for sick/injured students; administer medications
- Maintain immunization records and complete required screenings
- Coordinate physicals, drug testing, and Workers' Comp documentation
- Organize health programs (flu clinic, blood drives, SHAC, trainings)
- Ensure AED compliance and manage health records
- Teach CNA courses and prepare students for certification
