Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and continuous enhancement of GM Financials’ GSOC capabilities. This role ensures the effective delivery of global monitoring, incident response, intelligence coordination, and security operations in support of enterprise risk management, business continuity, and employee safety.

The GSOC Manager leads a high-performing team responsible for 24/7 monitoring of security systems, real-time incident management, and coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners. The position plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence, strengthening the organization’s global security posture, and aligning GSOC services with enterprise priorities.
