Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
- Prepare basic HR reports when required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
