Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support attendance and leave management
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
  • Prepare basic HR reports when required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
