Job Description
Sapiens is on the lookout for a Program Director to become a key player in our IDIT team. If you're a seasoned Program Manager and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.
Location: Konstitucijos 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania
Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)
This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C Division
What you will do:
- Responsible for leading a big program or a number of smaller projects to success in terms of delivery of the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and the adequate quality, with full customer satisfaction.
- Implementation of an insurance software package.
- Project budget and planning management.
- Managing the relationship with the customer.
- Managing internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating the various subcontractors contributing to the project.
- Project’s risk analysis management and mitigation.
- Be involved in process improvements and highly focused on quality.
What to have for this position:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in large scale and international project management.
- Experience working with big international clients.
- Multi-site management experience.
- Experience in managing projects in a Matrix Environment.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in implementing software packages.
- Experience in analysis of business procedure requirements.
- Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services – Advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Other languages – Advantage.
- Flexible with travel - 50% of the time on average.
