Position Overview:
As part of the talented Teamcenter Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading strategic PLM projects across Brunswick divisions, ensuring user adoption, driving organizational change management, and delivering best in class user experience by working closely with business stakeholders and IT counterparts.

Essential Functions:
Lead PLM projects with overall solution responsibility to deliver complex projects in a fast paced, team environment.
Establish the right strategies, capabilities, and technologies to meet Brunswick’s PLM needs & drive business outcomes.
Lead business requirements gathering sessions & technical/solution design strategies by working closely with PLM Implementation Team.
Configure, customize & build Teamcenter solutions/modules such as Item & Document Management, BOM Management, Change Management, and Reporting to meet business requirements.
Provide architectural guidance on the following to ensure software quality, effectiveness, performance, and reliability – PLM application design, user experience improvements, database tuning, data migrations and performing PLM upgrades.
Work with Brunswick PLM Solution Manager and other Technical Leads to architect PLM / ALM system infrastructure & provide hardware sizing guidelines to design PLM components including database, volume, web-tier, search indexing, and CAD integrations.
Work closely with Brunswick users as PLM subject matter expert and support them for developing solution prototypes and implementing best in class solutions.
Lead Organizational Change Management strategy during project execution with early feedback capture techniques, consistent communication and converting risks and blockers to opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing intensive industry, preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions with excellent Teamcenter Product Knowledge in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing and Service.
Experience of working with cloud based (MS Azure or AWS) Teamcenter environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to operate in a multi-team environment involving business and IT stakeholders.
Must have experience of multiple Teamcenter Implementations including Upgrades and Active Workspace Implementation.
Strong PLM process knowledge to converse with business users to map business requirements to technical requirements, drive key design decisions, design solution prototypes, and lead project delivery.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Deep expertise & experience in Integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems, custom-built interfaces for reporting, downstream supply chain and service applications is required.
Capability of developing Migration strategies from legacy solutions into PLM Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure of CAD to PLM integration frameworks and exposure to all major Mechanical CAD (NX, Solidworks, Creo) and Electrical CAD (OrCAD, Altium) integrations is preferred.
Integration experience with ALM & MES is a plus.
The hiring range for this position is $86,500 - $126,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
