Your contribution to something big:

Evaluate and release materials and components for assembly and interconnection technologies
Drive new material qualification and process development
Assess material compatibility and process interactions
Ensure process validation and industrialization across all CM division plants
Collaborate with development teams and material suppliers in technical discussions
Define design rules for layout and process requirements
Specify and standardize process parameters and guidelines

What distinguishes you:

Education:

Experience:

Experience in SMT manufacturing or semiconductor industry (ideally 3+ years)
Background in SMT-related materials (e.g., coatings, solder paste, PCB) is a plus

Know-how:

Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001) and component standards (e.g., AEC-Q100)
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
Good knowledge of IT tools (Office, CAD)
