Your Responsibilities:
- Lead rotating project teams of 3–6 consultants and collaborate on key strategic projects spanning cross-functional areas
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will design transformation projects, define objectives, and manage the interfaces between various initiatives during implementation
- Contribute your management expertise and consulting methodologies, and develop team members
- Support partners and clients with your project leadership
- As a project leader, you will work with TSC partners to support (agile) program and project management on the client side
This is you:
- Extensive professional experience in consulting, ideally at a renowned strategy firm
- You bring expertise in digital transformation: AI, data analysis, and IT architecture
- Your enthusiasm for innovative, disruptive approaches inspires others
- As a thought leader, you influence Telekom’s business success by leveraging new digital trends and technologies
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to challenge top management and advocate for your views
- You have excellent language skills in English and German (min. C1)
