Main Responsibilities
- Execute and support division merchandising plans across assigned stores
- Partner with Department Managers and Store Directors to drive sales, gross profit, and labor targets
- Evaluate store conditions (presentation, cleanliness, policy compliance) through regular visits
- Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for department staff
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance (sales, labor, gross profit)
- Implement new merchandising strategies and ensure proper staff training
- Provide merchandising feedback to divisional leadership
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Support new store openings and remodels
- Participate in departmental and divisional sales meetings
