Main Responsibilities

  • Execute and support division merchandising plans across assigned stores
  • Partner with Department Managers and Store Directors to drive sales, gross profit, and labor targets
  • Evaluate store conditions (presentation, cleanliness, policy compliance) through regular visits
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for department staff
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance (sales, labor, gross profit)
  • Implement new merchandising strategies and ensure proper staff training
  • Provide merchandising feedback to divisional leadership
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Support new store openings and remodels
  • Participate in departmental and divisional sales meetings

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout store environments
