Title: Finished Goods Technician
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Salary: $19.00 per hour and up based on experience
Schedules available: 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am working a 4 10's schedule!

Finished Goods Technician Essential Job Functions:
- Inspect finished product to our standards and quality specifications.
- Detect flaws among finished goods to ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Assemble and construct finished goods materials
- Efficiently operate packaging machines through final assembly.
Finished Goods Technician Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous exeperience working with production machinery preferred
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- Thorough understanding of product and process being inspected and packaged.
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude, self-discipline, and commitment to Winchester's mission.
- Demonstrated safe work practices, ability to work independently and within a team environment, and strong communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
