To scale this category, we need a systemized approach to pilots, case studies, and GTM velocity. That’s where you come in.

About the Role
You’ll operate at the intersection of sales ops, pilot design, and CRM intelligence.
This role is part enablement, part revenue intelligence, and part GTM strategy. You’ll help us build the rails that convert signals into deals — and deals into scalable revenue narratives.
This is a systems-builder role for someone who wants to learn the actual mechanics of how AI GTM gets built.

What You’ll Own
1. Signal Intelligence + CRM Enrichment
  • Segment ICPs by trigger event, industry urgency, and compliance need
  • Map the next 50 highest-signal accounts Elloe should pursue
  • Improve CRM hygiene, deal logging, and next-touch automation
2. Pilot-to-Case Study Flow
  • Support packaging of pilot outcomes into referenceable case studies
  • Collaborate with ops and comms to extract data proof → narrative win
  • Build a structured feedback loop between pilots and product
3. GTM Efficiency + Playbook Design
  • Analyze friction points in active sales cycles
  • Propose GTM experiments: call flows, outbound structures, trigger-driven nurture
  • Build dashboards or Airtable/Notion views to track conversion velocity

Who You Are
  • MBA or business undergrad with GTM, sales ops, or product marketing interest
  • Fluent in HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or similar
  • Strong systems thinker — able to see structure in signal chaos
  • Bonus: prior experience with revops, B2B SaaS sales, or CRM tooling

Logistics & Application
  • Start Date: Fall or Winter
  • Duration: 10–12 weeks
  • Compensation: Stipend + bonus potential tied to pilot conversion
  • Location: Remote-first; East Coast or Europe preferred
