Branch Sales Officer - NMMR
1. Business Generation:
• Expands customer base by identifying potential clients and converting leads into new to bank customers.
• Deepens customer engagement by facilitating multi-product sales offering and presentation and providing unique solutions to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Promotes brand awareness and product penetration by identifying sales opportunities through constant customer visits and business development activities.
• Ensures complete endorsement of the solicited accounts to the branch for continuous development and relationship building by creating a clear line of communication between the client and branch officers and staff.
• Solicits referral by actively engaging both new and existing client base.
• Builds synergy and collaboration among team members and other partner units to improve our products and services.
• Conducts competitor scan and provides management periodic updates based on customer feedback and market trends.
2. Risk Mitigation and Regulatory Compliance:
• Minimizes risk on account opening by strengthening verification processes on submitted documents to ensure legitimacy of accounts.
• Adheres to “Know Your Customer” and Anti-Money Laundering policies by closely coordinating with Branch Officers on latest banking regulations and company policies.
• Mitigates fraud by thoroughly conducting background checks on clients and report any suspicious transactions immediately.
3. Customer Centricity:
• Expedites the resolution of customer queries and complaints by responding and escalation of concerns on a timely manner.
• Maintains strong customer relationships by providing after sales support using the Needs Identification Compass.
