Your Role

  • Procurement Operations Specialist within Electronics, owning and optimizing end-to-end procurement processes

  • Lead supplier onboarding and qualification activities
  • Oversee invoice reconciliation and payment processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain vendor master data integrity (contacts, classifications, banking details, tax info)
  • Identify process bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers and cross-functional partners (Planning, Operations, Logistics, Quality, Finance)
  • Ensure transactions are compliant with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to KPI reporting and performance metrics related to procurement activities
  • Support sourcing activities (market analysis, supplier comparisons, cost optimization)
  • Help shape procurement best practices and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a dynamic, technology-driven environment

Who you are

  • You bring 3 or more years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end transactional procurement processes.

  • You have strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, and you apply this knowledge to maintain accurate vendor master data, process purchase orders, and support invoice reconciliation.

  • You possess solid knowledge of three-way matching, procurement compliance processes, and supplier onboarding procedures, and you apply these skills to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence across all transactions.

  • You are skilled at generating and analyzing procurement KPIs — including on-time-in-full (OTIF), lead-time adherence, and purchase order accuracy — and you communicate performance insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • You bring a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions, and support the development of process controls and standard operating procedures.
  • You communicate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers, managing billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and order status updates with professionalism and clarity.

  • You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience; a certification in procurement, accounts payable, or business process management is an advantage
