Position Overview
This is a fully onsite Frontline Sales Representative role in Gatlinburg, TN, where you will meet with prospective non-owner guests and present the value of Capital Vacations ownership.
You�ll work in an environment equipped with proven tools for success, including:
- Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
- Hands-on support from experienced team managers who assist with closing
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person presentations with prospective members
- Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of ownership effectively
- Guide guests through the sales process and close deals
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM documentation
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications
- Must hold or willing to obtain a TN Real Estate/Timeshare license
- Ability to work during day, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location
- Previous sales experience preferred (auto, insurance, finance, luxury goods, hospitality)
- Build trust and rapport easily
- Handle stress and rejection effectively
- Competitive, driven, confident communicator
- Strong listener and quick thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive personality
