Job Description

Job Summary

*Work Schedule: Full-time, Four 10-hr shifts (8am-6:30pm), every other weekend and a holiday rotation included

 

The Call Center Associate:

  • Serves as a member of the Nutrition Services Department.
  • Obtains patient meal selections. 
  • Provide customer service and guidance for patients in selecting high-quality and nourishing meals.
  • Visits the patients on the nursing units to assist patients in selecting meals.
  • Responsible for ensuring the stocking and food safety compliance of the patient care pantries.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
