Job Description
• Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates
• Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description
• Negotiating salaries, extending offers
• Submitting relevant resumes
• Lining up candidates for interviews
• Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals
- Willing to work on a permanent night shift
- Canadian staffing or US staffing experience
- Experience performing full cycle Recruiting (Candidate Sourcing to On-boarding)
