This position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Smart Power/Smart Building division in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are customer.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drives the development and execution of strategies and business plans related to focus products, segments, channels, and applications for identified markets in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensures the strategies and business plans are aligned with the overall division’s strategy to achieve defined targets.
- Drives Marketing Development in defining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for existing products as well as new product launches in collaboration with the Marketing function.
- Supports the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Implement proactive promotional activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, education material and technical development of projects and solutions.
- Drives activities ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders.
- Demand creation: Develop Data center, Semiconductor, Building & infrastructure markets
- Drives organization in the execution of product launches and customer events.
- Pipeline creation: Identify project early. Build, track and convert specification driven opportunities.
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with and the Semicon, Data center, OEM market
- You have 8 years of experience in electrical LV
- Extensive knowledge of electrification LV solutions and product
- You are at ease communicating in English
