Position Overview:
As a Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant, you�ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to resort guests and golf patrons. From assisting with merchandise and tee times to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Pro Shop, you�ll help ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
What You�ll Do:
� Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
� Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
� Process transactions accurately using the POS system
� Answer phone calls and schedule tee times
� Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail area
� Share information about the golf course, resort amenities, and services
� Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed
� Support daily Pro Shop operations while upholding company standards
What We�re Looking For:
� High school diploma or equivalent
� Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
� Knowledge of golf equipment and etiquette is a plus
� Strong communication and interpersonal skills
� Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
� Basic math and cash-handling skills
� Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
� Ability to stand for extended periods
� Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
