Painter (Part Time)

This role is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property. Responsibilities: Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Keep the hotel decor in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing job. Fill out Daily Work request. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Qualifications: Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must possess general maintenance knowledge.  Qualified candidate must have good communication skills.  Candidate must have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools (ladders, genie-lift, ect), and to include Personal protective equipment.  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and associates.  Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
