Work Schedule: M-F 7:00-3:30
- Performs preventive maintenance, electrical safety inspections, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and calibration of biomedical equipment.
- Maintains accurate equipment inventory, preventive maintenance schedules, service records, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborates with clinicians, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure reliable equipment performance and high-quality service.
- Conducts equipment inventory audits, incoming inspections, and operation verification to support regulatory compliance and asset management.
- Supports department operations through special projects, on-call coverage, regional travel, and timely communication of equipment issues and customer concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Complex computer skills including the ability to interpret error codes, defragment hard-drives, replace power supplies, and interpret computer codes [Required]
• Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources [Required]
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills [Required]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills [Required]
• Ability to read schematic diagrams [Required]
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Work Experience:
• 1+ experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment [Preferred]

Pay Range:
