Job Description

Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to support our Production Facility in Poynette, Wisconsin. If you are a self-starter who is looking for variety in your work, and a rewarding career, apply today!

 

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3pm – 11pm

Pay Rate: $30.49 - 40/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

Must-Have:

  • Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, and ability to troubleshoot electrical devices
  • Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic, mechanical maintenance
  • Understanding of basic punch tooling in a production setting
  • Basic computer skills, including email usage and internet navigation

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and associated electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Performing preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including robots, ovens, conveyors, tapers, machine tooling, etc.
  • Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts
  • Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs

Qualifications

  • Background in Industrial Maintenance (2+ years)
  • Experience or education in electrical maintenance
  • High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment.
