Store Manager

To inspire every generation to savour the simple joys of life.  As a Mutli-Store Manager you are enthusiastic, outgoing and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and leading a dynamic store team, while we provide you with a strong management and wine education training program and the opportunity to learn and taste Arterra’s award winning wines.  All while working in a fun, flexible store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team.
• Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store.
• Develop in store team members at all levels through coaching, training, and one on one discussions.
• Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment.
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Inventory management

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong communication and team building skills
• Coaching and developing others
• Strong collaboration skills
• Smart Serve Certification
• Standard First Aid Certificate
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation starting at $50,000/year
