What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate and professional support across a range of superannuation enquiries. This includes:

  • Assisting with online access, contributions and account updates

  • Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options

  • Navigating multiple internal systems to resolve enquiries efficiently

  • Ensuring privacy, compliance and security standards are met

  • Providing clear, accurate and compliant information

This is a high-volume inbound environment where attention to detail, empathy and efficiency are key.
