Job Description
Who we are looking for
A self-starter and a strong team player who is analytical and a great communicator, to help drive Custody Tax Services vision and strategic priorities as well as various programs and projects. You will build a deep understanding of each function’s business model, and play a key role in driving strategic horizonal initiatives, and deliver on strategic goals.
What you will be responsible for
As part of the Custody Tax Services team, you will support deliverables that enable effective business management and help minimize operational risk.
As a Senior Associate on the team you will:
• Develop strong understanding of Custody Tax Operations (RAS and Reclaims areas)
• Support data analysis and prepare regular reporting for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and consolidate information for reporting and analytics
• Deliver ad hoc (“quick hit”) requests and support strategic initiatives
• Identify operational issues and contribute to implementing improvements
• Support internal and external audits related to tax documentation
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed; highlight gaps and suggest enhancements
• Provide timely support in resolving inquiries, breaks, or rejections
• Contribute to efficiency initiatives and automation efforts
• Stay informed on relevant tax regulatory changes and support impact assessments
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5 years of financial services experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Relief at Source and Tax Reclaims processes/regulations (preferred)
Work organization requirement:
Hybrid work model with 3 days of office work per week
Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
