RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
Contacto primario de nuestros clientes que sirven de medio de solución personalizada a escalaciones ocurridas por diferentes situaciones, encargado de analizar causa raíz y de implementar acciones de mejora a los problemas comunes que reportan nuestros clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Dar estados actuales de ordenes abiertas, otorgar fechas estimadas de envió.
- Responder preguntas en general a nuestros clientes catalogados como Key Accounts
- Trabajar con nuestros agentes de venta para expeditar ordenes de compra
- Trabajar con diferentes departamentos con la finalidad de obtener información que ayude a responder preguntas de nuestros clientes
REQUISITOS
- Preparatoria o equivalente.
- 3+ Años de experiencia en servicio al cliente
- Habilidades computacionales
- Inglés avanzado 90%
