
Program Manager Field Customer Excellence
Job Description
The Program Manager, Field & Customer Excellence, supports the design, implementation, and management of strategic global programs that strengthen customer centricity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement within the Field Engineering organization. This role partners with Field Leadership and various UL Solutions teams to deliver scalable initiatives that enhance customer and employee experiences, support organizational priorities, and drive successful business outcomes across a global, matrixed environment. The Program Manager serves as a key contributor to the execution of the Field & Customer Excellence strategy by leading complex initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, monitoring program performance, and facilitating organizational change.
